Mentor Batch ("we," "our," or "us") is a coaching center management application designed to help educators, tutors, and coaching institutes manage their batches, students, fees, and attendance. • Student & Staff Data: Data you input regarding your students (names, parent contacts, attendance records, fee payments) and teachers/staff. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, including crash logs and performance metrics, to improve app stability and user experience.
• Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services (e.g., calculating fees, generating attendance reports).
• To communicate with you, including sending service updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• To facilitate features like WhatsApp fee reminders (which launch your device's WhatsApp with pre-filled text; we do not read your WhatsApp messages).
• To ensure the security of our application and prevent fraud.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. The app also supports offline functionality with local data persistence.

We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Mentor Batch except in the following cases:

• With your consent: We will share personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Mentor Batch when we have your consent to do so.
